IMG_6045Thanks for visiting! My name is Samantha and I’m a Health and Wellness Coach. On my site you’ll find information about my coaching services, cooking classes, recipes, articles on healthy eating and living, and more. I’ve been supporting people in living happier and healthier lives for the past 10 years, however it became my true passion after I got sick in 2008. I was eating a very healthy diet and was physically active, but I just couldn’t get better. Through the help of a naturopath, I changed everything in my life and healed myself. After that experience, I studied to become a health coach and left my full-time job as a Social Worker to help other people in similar situations. I’m so honored and grateful that I am able to share what I know with others. You can read more about me story here.

coachingAs a Health and Wellness Coach with a background in Social Work, I work with people who have a deep desire to be healthy, but struggle with thinking they have to be perfect, and beating themselves up when they’re not. I support my clients in learning and practicing compassion and acceptance with themselves, resulting in greater peace of mind, health, and freedom to truly be themselves.

Everything we make is gluten-free, soy-free, refined sugar-free and 90% vegan (I use organic and cage free eggs in some classes). Classes are great for beginners and expert home cooks alike.
