    Hi, Samantha.

I love your content and your site. Really nice approach, practical and informative. I just got your Meal Planning Guide. It’s great! But I did want to let you know that I have used the pasta method for rice many times with great results.

I am a personal trainer and wellness coach in Maine. I’m updating my website for the first time in years which has led me to check what other people in the field are doing with their websites. I love yours! Keep up the good work, and thanks again.
