Samantha is a neurodivergent-affirming, action-oriented, and supportive psychotherapist, focused on helping clients experience growth through practical, real-world approaches. With specialized training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Internal Family Systems, Non-Violent Communication, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mind-body practices, she brings a holistic perspective to therapy. Samantha is also a health coach and chef, with training in Nutritional Psychiatry, helping clients understand how food can impact mood and overall mental well-being.
Samantha uses what’s happening in the present moment—whether it’s stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck—to help you understand your patterns and develop better coping skills. She works with those facing anxiety, depression, the impact of trauma, numbness, and addiction, as well as anyone looking to improve communication, self-awareness, or their connection to their body.
Samantha is also a sex-positive therapist and welcomes clients in all types of relationships. Samantha sees patients remotely in New York, Florida, Colorado, and Wyoming. She has been working in group practice with Drew Ramsey, MD, since 2015 and regularly seeks supervision, guidance, and training. Her services are out-of-network for insurance.
